The website www.dhconsultores.net is owned by DH Consultores Lda (hereafter also referred to as “we” or “us”), a proprietary limited Company incorporated in the Republic of Mozambique.

DH Consultores may, at its sole discretion, and without giving notice, change these Terms of Use (including the Privacy Policy), at any time. Any modifications to the Terms of Use will become valid upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

3.1 The information provided on the website and any electronic communication via the website is provided for the purpose of general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions. All materials on this website not owned or copyrighted to third parties is owned and copyrighted to DH Consultores. This material includes, but is not limited to, information, articles, content, files, photos, interfaces, code, databases and the selection and arrangements thereof (collectively, " DH Content"). All DH Consultores trademarks and service marks are owned and copyrighted to DH Consultores and fall collectively under "DH Content".

5.2 Third Party Content
DH Consultores does not claim any ownership and/or copyright in respect of the text, trade marks, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or any other materials (collectively, "Third Party Content") provided by third parties. All copyright ownership of third party content vests with the respective third party.

5.3 Linked Content
The website may include links to third party resources on servers maintained by third parties (referred to as “linked sites”) and these linked sites remain under the ownership and copyright of the third party. 5.4 Use of Content
DH content may be republished in websites, newsletter, brochures, magazines and books for the purpose of promoting DH Consultores, on the condition that:

• the information, author's signature and all links remain completely intact;
• credit is given to DH Consultores. In case of websites, emails or any other electronic media a link back to  www.dhconsultores.net is provided;
• should any modifications to the content, photography, articles or any other material be made, written consent from DH Consultores must be obtained, prior to publication;
• if the content is translated into other languages the translation is true to the original English content.
• The above permission explicitly excludes interfaces, code, databases and the selection and arrangement thereof as well as all DH Consultores owned trade names and trade marks.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notification, to temporarily or permanently disable or delete any account.

Some services may have specific company registration requirements. DH Consultores reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request specific company details for the purpose of verifying that the company meets the specific requirements for registration.

• that the company is a legal entity and conforms to the specific requirements of registration as specified in the registration requirements, for the service you are registering;

• to inform us immediately if you believe or become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any password associated with the company. DH Consultores may assume that any communication (inclusive communications with members via our services) we or members receive from you, has been made by authorized representatives of the company unless we receive notification to the contrary.

7. ELECTRONIC TRANSCATIONS,COMMUNICATIONS, AND RECRODS
7.1 When you communicate with DH Consultores by electronic communication provided or as may be directed on this website, you consent to receiving responses to your communications by DH Consultores.

7.2 You accept the risks inherent in electronic communication in whatever form.

10. BREACH OF AGREEMENT
DH Consultores at its sole discretion reserves the right to:

• Refuse you further access to the website if (a) you breach any of the terms of use applicable from time to time; (b) DH Consultores is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to it; or (c) DH Consultores believes that you are conducting activities that are illegal, abusive, threaten the integrity of the website, or may place DH Consultores in disrepute;
• Refer any breach to the police if such breach constitutes a crime;
• Claim damages for all loss and damage it suffers, and expenses it incurs, as a result of your breach.

11. SURVIVAL
The provisions of the Terms of Use, will survive any termination or expiration of any registration to any service made available on this website.

12. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
In all matters where it is or may be necessary to have recourse to the Court, the Courts of the Republic of Mosambique shall have sole jurisdiction to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country and the prevailing law of the Republic of Mozambique shall apply.
